Use this page to request deletion of a WeLearn account and its associated data. This applies to accounts created on the website or in the WeLearn Android app.
What gets deleted: the account profile (name, username, email, phone), linked guardian-student relationships, quiz attempts, progress, streaks, badges and messages.
What may be retained: donation records required for accounting and legal obligations, and server security logs, which expire on rotation.
Timeline: we verify the request with the account owner (or the parent/guardian for a student account), then delete within 30 days.
